By commissioning, you (the client) agree that:
The artist (me) reserves all rights to the art and permission to post them to social media and portfolios
If you prefer to keep your commission private, let me know and it will not be posted on my social media
Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial Prices are +300% of original price
Prices may vary from listed prices depending on complexity of request
The artist (me) has full artistic freedom on any detail not mentioned in the original reference
If you provide mismatching references without specifying (different outfits/tattoos/hairdo), I can pick any from the provided images
If you do not specify poses/expressions/outfit, I will choose
If you do not specify the inclusion of minor details, they may be omitted or simplified to best fit the style
If the artist (me) does not confirm your order, the artist is not obligated to draw your order, even if you have sent a payment. Please confirm with me before you submit a payment!
Revisions are not charged before sketch is finished and the first time after the sketch is finished. Every revision afterwards will cost from $3-$10 depending on how much needs to be altered.
Payment is all done in USD through PayPal
You cannot ask for a refund after payment

All Payment is done 50/50* with no refunds: Pay half of the agreed price once rough sketch is done, and the rest before file delivery.

Doodle Pages/ Pay by hour: $10/hr
Drawings or doodles done to best of capability within given time recorded on a timer app! May be unfinished based on how much time is given. With minimum of $5, 50/50 payment. Add on time is allowed at any given point after transaction is officiated, but must be paid in full.

FAQ
Disclaimer: I don't draw art for free! Please don't ask <3
Why do Live2D models need a payment upfront? -- Live2D models take a lot of time and effort to plan out and draw, and sometimes the finished product may have a different number of layers than expected. The upfront amount will be deducted from the final payment.
I don't know what some of the terms in pricing mean, help! -- Don't worry if you're not sure how much your price will come to, I will take the time to ask you about what you're thinking for your piece before I start the sketch, and give you the estimated price.
What is your estimated delivery time? -- It depends! Smaller pieces might take from a day to a week, and bigger pieces will take longer. Usually I will update you on how it's going for certain points (Eg pose before I finish the sketch, color mapping after sketch, etc)
Do you do refunds? -- Unfortunately I don't do refunds. You pay after the sketch is done, and if after that you decide that you would not like to continue on with the drawing, you don't have to pay the final payment and I will send you the sketch.
Why the 50/50 Payment? Do you accept payment from other services? -- Because of certain rules in commission communities I'm in, I can't accept any other forms of payments aside from fully upfront :(
What does unfinished mean? -- If for any reason I can't finish the commission in time due to an emergency, I will let you know about it and send you the unfinished product first. If the customer is willing to wait, I will try to keep working on the piece with the discount. If at any stage the customer is satisfied with an unfinished piece (eg sketch with rough coloring when the agreed on piece was a lined fully rendered piece) when I send check ins to the customer, if the piece is less than halfway finished it also counts for the unfinished discount, and I will let you know ^^
How should I tell you what I have in mind? -- You can reference the Commission sheet! Adding more references, picrews, or small doodles of what you have in mind is always very helpful!

- Pose/ Idea (Eg: My character xxx, grown up in her 30s, body facing forward sitting up on a hospital bed, looking out a window to her left with her left arm stretched out the window to reach for a bird, camera angle is from below)
